Production timelines for handcrafted items typically range from 15 to 20 business days. However, more complex diamond-set pieces, such as vintage, halo, and trilogy rings, may require up to four weeks for completion. Expedited production may be considered, contingent upon current workshop capacity and the intricacy of the design. Please be advised that a £200 surcharge applies to expedited classic solitaire designs, and a £250 surcharge is applicable to diamond-set jewelry, including halo, vintage, and trilogy designs.
Do you offer a bespoke service, and how does this work?
We are pleased to offer bespoke design services. To initiate the creation of a unique piece, we encourage you to share your vision with our specialized team. Kindly submit an inquiry that details your preferences and includes any relevant imagery. A dedicated designer will subsequently contact you to discuss your specific requirements and provide a comprehensive cost estimate. Upon your approval of the estimate, we will provide computer-generated designs and, when appropriate, hand-drawn sketches. Can my jewellery be set with different gems, other than diamonds?

All fine jewelry items are hallmarked at the point of sale, with the following weight exceptions: gold and palladium, and platinum. RIMADIAMONDS is registered with the London and Birmingham Assay Offices, ensuring compliance with UK hallmarking regulations. Internal verification processes confirm adherence to these regulations prior to customer shipment. Why does white gold sometimes have a yellow hue?
The natural yellow coloration of gold requires alloying with metals such as silver, zinc, or nickel, followed by rhodium plating, to produce a white, reflective surface. This rhodium plating may degrade over time, potentially exposing a slight yellow tint. Although some clients find this acceptable, we provide a professional rhodium replating service for £100 to reinstate the original brilliance. What is the difference between platinum and white gold?
White gold and platinum present a similar bright white appearance, though their compositions and material properties vary considerably. Can you ship to an alternative address?

Do you show fixed prices only, or can these change?

Can I claim back VAT?

Are there any hidden charges?

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
How does your 30-day refund guarantee work?
Our 30-day refund guarantee begins the day you receive your item. You will then have 30 days, or 14 days for orders costing over £15k (around 17 500€), to return it for an exchange or refund if you aren't entirely happy with your purchase. Please note, engraved and bespoke jewellery are non-refundable.
How do I return an item for a refund or resize?
Please contact us directly if you wish to return your item for a refund or a resize, and we will provide you with return instructions depending on where you live. For some non-UK returns, we will sometimes arrange a collection via FedEx.
How long will my refund take?
Upon receipt of the returned item, our customer care specialists will initiate an assessment and verification process. Assuming the item meets the required standards and is undamaged, the refund will typically be processed within 10 business days.
