Step 2.
Creating Your Custom Design.
Once your deposit is confirmed, we’ll begin the design process. This is where your ideas start to take shape. Together with our expert designers, you’ll refine every detail of your piece. To help bring your vision into focus, we’ll provide CAD designs, digital renders, and realistic mock-ups. We won’t move forward with crafting until you give us the green light — because your satisfaction means everything to us.
Step 3.
Receive Your Perfect Piece.
Now it’s time to sit back and relax. Your custom design is handed over to our skilled artisans who carefully bring it to life in our workshop. Depending on the complexity, crafting usually takes about four to five weeks. Once complete, we’ll send your beautifully packaged jewellery straight to your doorstep, ready to be treasured.
